Every project, whether it is a new build, full or partial renovation, or re-styling of a space, is approached with intention, thoughtful detail, and authenticity;
In light of this approach, we adhere to the design process outlined below.
Schematic Design
It all begins with an idea.
We start by getting to know your needs, your lifestyle, and your aesthetic — what you love, how you live, and what you're hoping to feel in the space.
From there, we use sketches, floor plans, and concept imagery to shape the overall feel and structure of the project, giving us a solid foundation to build from.
Design Development
Here we turn concepts into drawings, and the important work of selecting of materials, finishes, plumbing, hardware, and appliances begins.
This is where details are worked out, and the interiors start to take life. Detailed design boards are produced, to fully convey the complete design intent.
Construction Documentation
A construction drawing set is produced, meticulously conveying the design intent and every detail your contractor and their team need to carry out the project.
A specification document is also created, listing every material and product integral to the project. Details and clarity are critical to this phase.
Construction Administration
This crucial part of the process is where we help guide everyone involved in your project, to help achieve the design intent and quality standards that we pride ourselves on.
Working closely and communicating regularly with trades, suppliers, and your Contractor enables the design to be carried out efficiently, while ensuring every small detail is implemented on site.
Procurement & Styling
We have formed longstanding relationships with bespoke vendors, fabricators and artisans, allowing us to curate your project around you and your individuality.
This is where the final touches that elevate a space happen - custom furniture, decorative lighting, art and the many layers that finish a room, and make it uniquely yours.
